For the past 20 years since our company started operations in Pathumthani, Thailand, we have strived to improve our technology as a company specializing in texture processing.
Together with our parent company in Japan, Mold-Tech Japan, we are stably supplying textures to customers all over the world.
We are proud of the fact that we have become a trusted and loved manufacturer in Southeast Asia and Taiwan as a result of our steady efforts.
In addition, we are constantly working on technological innovation together with our parent company and partners, and in 2010 we started laser texturing in Japan. We also provide coatings to improve the quality of product appearance in Japan and Southeast Asia, and we also assist customers in the mold maintenance business. Because of this, we have started providing the service in some countries.
Our survival depends on whether our customers need us or not. We will continue to aim to be a company that is needed and relied upon by our customers. - JuneStarted texture processing at Asahi Sombun factory in Bang Phli Industrial Park, Thailand.
- 2001
- MayOpened our own factory on ARRK's premises in Bangkadi Industrial Park, Thailand.
- 2002
- MayThe Thailand factory became a local corporation. Trade name: Sankei Thailand Limited.
- 2009
- JanuaryOpened Rayong factory, Thailand's second base, in Thailand's Eastern Seaboard Industrial Park.
- 2011
- AugustDKE Malaysia joins SET and the company name becomes SET Malaysia.
SeptemberSET Asia Group was officially launched as a subsidiary of MTJ in Southeast Asia. - 2012
- JanuaryChanged the trade name of the Rayong, Thailand factory to SET THAILAND LTD.
FebruaryOpened PT.SET INDONESIA in Jababeka Industrial Area, Indonesia. - 2013
- JanuarySET-VIETNAM opened in Hanoi through technical cooperation with VPMS in Vietnam.

SeptemberThe Rayong, Thailand factory was relocated to the WHA Chonburi Industrial Park, making SET THAILAND the core factory in Southeast Asia. - 2016
- OctoberWe took over the business from Tian Cheng Metal Co., Ltd. in Taiwan and opened SET-TAIWAN in Taoyuan City.
