Coating
Our uniquely developed coating is applied to various textured injection molds for automobile parts, electronic parts, daily necessities, building material parts, etc. to improve thermal conductivity and fluidity, eliminating "Weld lines" and "sink marks." This reduces molding defects such as "galling" and improves productivity.
In addition, the durability of the mold is greatly improved by increasing the anti-corrosion and anti-fouling properties of the coating film.

About Coating
By applying a special liquid, the mold surface is protected with strong corrosion resistance and wear resistance.
Our original coating technology, which has excellent adhesion to metal surfaces, acts as a bridge between the mold and the resin.
Coating has the following advantages.
- Very low coefficient of friction, aids in resin flow and mold release during molding.
- Reduces weld lines and uneven gloss, maximizing the functionality of the mold and the performance of the resin.
- Works gently on molding materials to create beautiful products.
- Leads to improved productivity at the molding site.

There are two types of our coatings, "M Coat" and "F Coat", and the characteristics of each are as follows.
